Contact
One email address, read by the person who writes this site. Corrections are especially welcome — and there are a few things this address genuinely cannot help with.

This is the only contact channel for the site. Messages are read and answered by Samuel, who operates the site. There is no support team and no automated ticketing, so a reply typically takes a few business days.
What to write about
Corrections
If a price, ingredient, serving count, refund window or research citation on this site is wrong or out of date, please say so. Point to the page and, where you can, the source that shows the correct figure. Corrections are the most useful message this site receives.
Research questions
Questions about a study cited here, or about why a particular claim was or was not made, are welcome. Answers will be about what the published evidence says — not about your personal situation.
Privacy requests
Requests relating to personal data under the Privacy Policy — including access, correction and deletion — should be sent to the same address.
Rights and legal notices
Copyright, trademark and other legal notices concerning material published on this site can be sent to the same address. See the Terms & Conditions.
What this address cannot help with
Medical questions
No medical advice can be given here, in any form. This site is operated by one person who is studying toward a Doctor of Pharmacy and is not a licensed pharmacist or practising clinician. Questions about whether a supplement is safe for you, whether it interacts with your prescription, or whether you should take it belong with a qualified healthcare professional who knows your history and your medication list. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, contact your local emergency service immediately.
Orders, refunds and shipping
This site does not sell anything, hold stock, process payments or handle refunds. Every purchase link here leads to a third-party seller, and orders for the products covered on this site are processed by that seller and its payment provider — ClickBank, in the case of Nitric Boost Ultra.
That means questions about an order, a delivery, a charge on your card, a cancellation or a refund cannot be resolved from here, and this site cannot look up your order. Contact the seller or the retailer of record shown on your order confirmation email — that email is the record that ties your purchase to the published refund terms. Refund windows and conditions are set by the seller and can change; the terms shown at checkout when you ordered are the ones that apply.
A note on what is not published here
This site does not publish a postal address or a telephone number. It is run by one individual rather than a registered company with business premises, and publishing a home address or personal phone number is not something a single operator can reasonably do. Email is a real, monitored channel and is the honest description of how to reach this site — rather than a contact form pointing at a mailbox that does not exist, or an address that would not correspond to anything.
Who you are writing to
Messages go to Samuel, who researches and writes everything on this site. The about page sets out his background, what he is and is not qualified to speak to, and how the site is funded.
